DESCRIPTION
Une baleine câline pour s’asseoir, se reposer ou rêvasser. Notre pouf baleine, fabriqué à la main, est doux et infiniment polyvalent. Parfait pour les coins lecture cosy ou les moments de jeu créatif. Conçu avec des tissus naturels et rempli de rembourrage recyclé, enveloppé dans des tissus naturels. Pensé pour les petits rêveurs et les futurs acteurs du changement.

MATÉRIAUX
Housse : 97 % coton, 3 % autres fibres
Rembourrage : polystyrène + fibres polyester
ENTRETIEN
Housse : Lavage en machine (capacité ≥ 6 kg) séparément, programme délicat à 30 °C sans blanchiment. Utiliser un détergent doux et ne pas mettre d’adoucissant. Sélectionner une faible vitesse d’essorage si la housse comporte des tresses, franges ou pompons. Séchage en tambour à basse température. Ne pas laisser le coussin humide dans la machine. Éviter l’exposition continue au soleil.
Rembourrage : Ne pas laver.

RETURNS:
You can request a return or an exchange for any product within 45 days from the delivery date. You can contact our Customer Service who will provide a return authorization and an Collissimo label if it applies.
In case you wish to return :
-If the plushy received is damaged: the return cost will be covered by us.
-If the wrong plushy was sent: the return cost will be covered by us.
- other : an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us, and the return fee will be €13.
The original shipping fee ( if apply ) is non-refundable.
For exchanges, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost( if apply ).
EXCHANGES:
In order to exchange an item, you will need to return your order first, after which, provided it is received in the same condition as when shipped, a refund can be processed and you can make your new purchase. BigStuffed won’t assume shipping costs for the new order if they are applied, or any previous voucher/discount the customer had in the original order.
