•Chaque peluche est soigneusement rembourrée de fibres de polyester recyclé, donnant une seconde vie au plastique tout en offrant douceur et câlins.
•Nous emballons chaque création dans un sac en tissu réutilisable fabriqué en France, afin d’éviter le plastique.
•Chaque jouet est confectionné à la main avec soin pour durer et se transmettre, dans une démarche de slow fashion durable et responsable.

-If the wrong plushy was sent: the return cost will be covered by us.
- other : an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us, and the return fee will be €13.
The original shipping fee ( if apply ) is non-refundable.
For exchanges, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost( if apply ).
EXCHANGES:
In order to exchange an item, you will need to return your order first, after which, provided it is received in the same condition as when shipped, a refund can be processed and you can make your new purchase. BigStuffed won’t assume shipping costs for the new order if they are applied, or any previous voucher/discount the customer had in the original order. Elegant fabric, and the depth of colour is marvelous. My Large Midnight Dinosaur, Muggsy, has a sinuous gravitas that anchors the room. When one holds him, troubles shrink. Well, everything shrinks in the face of such massive beauty. He has started a necktie and cravat collection. He can wear them all at the same time, which saves having to pick a favorite. I adore him.
