Un compagnon préhistorique pour ranger les petits trésors d’aujourd’hui. Notre panier Mammouth permet de garder jouets et livres bien organisés tout en apportant une touche ludique à chaque pièce. Fabriqué à la main avec soin à partir de matériaux recyclés provenant de notre usine Lorena Canals, chaque pièce est unique.

ENTRETIEN
Ne pas laver en machine.
Pour enlever les taches, nous recommandons d’utiliser de l’eau tiède et un savon doux.
Éviter l’exposition continue au soleil.

We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This only for non EU orders.
RETURNS:
You can request a return or an exchange for any product within 45 days from the delivery date. You can contact our Customer Service who will provide a return authorization and an Collissimo label if it applies.
In case you wish to return :
-If the plushy received is damaged: the return cost will be covered by us.
-If the wrong plushy was sent: the return cost will be covered by us.
- other : an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us, and the return fee will be €13.
The original shipping fee ( if apply ) is non-refundable.
For exchanges, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost( if apply ).
EXCHANGES:
In order to exchange an item, you will need to return your order first, after which, provided it is received in the same condition as when shipped, a refund can be processed and you can make your new purchase. BigStuffed won’t assume shipping costs for the new order if they are applied, or any previous voucher/discount the customer had in the original order.
