Avec sa texture douce et veloutée et ses riches teintes automnales, ce petit croco est le compagnon idéal pour les câlins réconfortants et les aventures imaginaires. Compact mais plein de caractère, il apporte chaleur, élégance et tendresse à chaque étreinte.

Nettoyage localisé ou lavage à la main à l’eau froide. Séchage à plat.

DURABILITÉ
• Chaque jouet est soigneusement rembourré avec des fibres de polyester recyclé, offrant une seconde vie au plastique tout en créant des compagnons doux et moelleux.
• Chaque création est emballée dans un sac en tissu réutilisable, fabriqué en France, plutôt que dans du plastique, pour un envoi plus responsable.
• Chaque jouet est confectionné à la main avec soin afin de durer des générations, dans le respect des valeurs de la slow fashion grâce à une qualité durable et intemporelle.

RETURNS:
You can request a return or an exchange for any product within 45 days from the delivery date. You can contact our Customer Service who will provide a return authorization and an Collissimo label if it applies.
In case you wish to return :
-If the plushy received is damaged: the return cost will be covered by us.
-If the wrong plushy was sent: the return cost will be covered by us.
- other : an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us, and the return fee will be €13.
The original shipping fee ( if apply ) is non-refundable.
For exchanges, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost( if apply ).
EXCHANGES:
In order to exchange an item, you will need to return your order first, after which, provided it is received in the same condition as when shipped, a refund can be processed and you can make your new purchase. BigStuffed won’t assume shipping costs for the new order if they are applied, or any previous voucher/discount the customer had in the original order.
