Spot clean or hand wash gently with cool water and lay flat to dry.

IMPORTANT FOR NON EU ORDERS:
We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This only for non EU orders.
RETURNS:
You can request a return or an exchange for any product within 45 days from the delivery date. You can contact our Customer Service who will provide a return authorization and an Collissimo label if it applies.
In case you wish to return :
-If the plushy received is damaged: the return cost will be covered by us.
-If the wrong plushy was sent: the return cost will be covered by us.
- other : an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us, and the return fee will be €13.
The original shipping fee ( if apply ) is non-refundable.
For exchanges, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost( if apply ).
EXCHANGES:
In order to exchange an item, you will need to return your order first, after which, provided it is received in the same condition as when shipped, a refund can be processed and you can make your new purchase. BigStuffed won’t assume shipping costs for the new order if they are applied, or any previous voucher/discount the customer had in the original order. If you have any question or doubt about our exchange and return policy, please contact us.

C’était pour le cadeau de naissance de mon petit-fils, le papa avait eu un coup de foudre pour l’octopus rouge rouille, il aimait aussi beaucoup le Dino, mais il l’avait déjà offert… Mon petit-fils Gabriel sur la photo souhaite l’avoir également et un autre petit-fils Jasmin, quatre ans. The octopus that saved Christmas! My son asked for three gifts from Santa this year, one of which was a big octopus. I ordered one from another company about 7 weeks before the holidays but noticed the tracking still wasn't updating about 3 weeks before Christmas. Frantic, I searched for a big octopus and found this site. THANK GOODNESS. It arrived so quickly and the quality was outstanding. A true Christmas miracle! (The other octopus? Still in transit.)
