Shipping
BigStuffed ships worldwide.
It depends on where you are.
Please allow 1-2business days to ship after your order is confirmed. Delivery can take from 2 to 14 days once it has been shipped according to destination.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If you are experiencing a delay in the delivery please contact us.
If your package has been unclaimed it will be sent back to us. We will contact you in order to determine if the order should be reshipped or refunded.
If the buyer does not come back to us within 31 days, the order will no longer be able to be reshipped or refunded.
Product
We do not make custom orders.
We recommend to wash them by hand with clear water and let dry flat. We strongly advise against washing machine as it may distort their padding.
All our product are handmade with the greatest care. They are designed in our parisian studio and made in Europe by our team specialized in stuffed toy.
All our BigStuffed are Suitable for children and have passed the CE EU Norms.
If a model is out of stock we are working to have it back in stock as soon as possible
Order
Once an order is confirmed it cannot be changed.
Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled.
Once your order is processed, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can follow the delivery of your BigStuffed at any time.
Returns
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Contact us at contact@bigstuffed.com within 14 days of delivery to start the return process.
Send items back within 21 days of delivery.
In case you wish to return or exchange an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us.
The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost as well.
