IMPORTANT FOR NON EU ORDERS:
We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This only for non EU orders.
RETURNS:
You can request a return or an exchange for any product within 45 days from the delivery date. You can contact our Customer Service who will provide a return authorization and an Collissimo label if it applies.
In case you wish to return :
-If the plushy received is damaged: the return cost will be covered by us.
-If the wrong plushy was sent: the return cost will be covered by us.
- other : an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us, and the return fee will be €13.
The original shipping fee ( if apply ) is non-refundable.
For exchanges, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost( if apply ).
EXCHANGES:
In order to exchange an item, you will need to return your order first, after which, provided it is received in the same condition as when shipped, a refund can be processed and you can make your new purchase. BigStuffed won’t assume shipping costs for the new order if they are applied, or any previous voucher/discount the customer had in the original order. Elegant fabric, and the depth of colour is marvelous. My Large Midnight Dinosaur, Muggsy, has a sinuous gravitas that anchors the room. When one holds him, troubles shrink. Well, everything shrinks in the face of such massive beauty. He has started a necktie and cravat collection. He can wear them all at the same time, which saves having to pick a favorite. I adore him.

Super lovely toy, we have several and have bought them for our friends’ kids. Though the US price (I’m in the uk) does change particularly around the sake periods.
