Nos couturières ont mis tout leur cœur pour créer cette pieuvre directement venue des fonds marins, à l’aide d’aiguilles, de tissus et d’une touche de magie ! Ce jouet guidera avec grâce votre enfant à travers les profondeurs d’un univers silencieux, étrangement rassurant. Votre enfant pourra emmener ce nouvel ami, avec son œil protecteur et bienveillant et ses longs bras doux, dans toutes ses aventures les plus folles.

Haut : 74 % coton – 26 % polyester
Bas : 100 % fausse fourrure polyester
Rembourrage : 100 % fibres de polyester recyclé
Yeux : 100 % yeux en plastique conformes aux normes UE
ENTRETIEN
Nettoyer localement ou laver délicatement à la main à l’eau froide et sécher à plat.

DURABILITÉ
•Chaque peluche est soigneusement rembourrée de fibres de polyester recyclé, donnant une seconde vie au plastique tout en créant des compagnons doux et câlins.
•Chaque création est emballée dans un sac en tissu réutilisable fabriqué en France, plutôt qu’en plastique, pour que nos amis arrivent en toute sécurité.
•Chaque peluche est confectionnée à la main avec soin pour durer des générations, incarnant les principes de la slow fashion grâce à une qualité durable.

RETURNS:
You can request a return or an exchange for any product within 45 days from the delivery date. You can contact our Customer Service who will provide a return authorization and an Collissimo label if it applies.
In case you wish to return :
-If the plushy received is damaged: the return cost will be covered by us.
-If the wrong plushy was sent: the return cost will be covered by us.
- other : an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us, and the return fee will be €13.
The original shipping fee ( if apply ) is non-refundable.
For exchanges, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost( if apply ).
EXCHANGES:
In order to exchange an item, you will need to return your order first, after which, provided it is received in the same condition as when shipped, a refund can be processed and you can make your new purchase. BigStuffed won’t assume shipping costs for the new order if they are applied, or any previous voucher/discount the customer had in the original order.
